As the sun begins to set here at Bungalow36 there is a beautiful white sandy beach guests flock to and watch the sun slowly melt away into the water. Around this time our signature drink is served to all the guests at the beach. The Chi-Chi cocktail is made up of Vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and topped with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. It's a perfect drink for a hot summer day. Salute!
Stars and Stripes Postcard June 16 2014
It’s that time of year when the sky lights up with a bouquet of sparkling lights. Here at Bungalow36 we love to celebrate the 4th of July. Many of us and our guests are from USA. They love to send postcards to their friends and family while vacationing at Bungalow36. So... we created a postcard in their honor to send back home.
It’s that time of year when the sky lights up with a bouquet of sparkling lights. Here at Bungalow36 we love to celebrate the 4th of July. Many of us and our guests are from USA. They love to send postcards to their friends and family while vacationing at Bungalow36. So... we created a postcard in their honor to send back home.
We start the day out with a big macadamia nut pancake breakfast followed by potato sack races on the sand. In the afternoon we relax on the beach for some fun in the sun and swimming in the sea. In the evening before the firework show begins we all gather around the beach and write our messages on the postcards and send them up into the sky attached hot air lanterns. There have been rumors that many of these postcards and lanterns have been found in many towns and cities in the USA.
