When can I expect to receive orders I place in your web store? 

Because we are a small company, shop orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. If a larger order in placed and additional time is needed to create your order, we will notify you immediately.

Do you accept international orders? 

Yes. At check out, you will see the option for international shipping. Please note that Bungalow36 is not responsible for customs fee or duties on international shipments, these must be paid by the purchaser.

What is your return and refund policy? 

Unopened and unused orders may be returned within seven days of receipt for a refund — though shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened or final sale items cannot be returned. All personalized orders are non-refundable. If the merchandise was harmed during shipping, please contact us for further instructions.

What kind of paper do you print on?

We print on the finest 100% cotton papers and high quality FSC-certified paper.

What type of custom work do you offer? 

We offer all types of social stationery including, save-the-dates, wedding suites, shower invitations, party invitations, birth announcements, personal notes, holiday cards, coasters, packaging material, and we also do custom illustration. Availability is limited, so please contact us with plenty of time before your event.

What does the process for custom work look like? 

We begin with a consultation in person or on the phone to discuss the details of your project. Once we agree on a concept, style, and budget we will send you a project estimate and contract for approval. We ask for a signed contract and a 50% deposit before we start the design process. Once the design process starts, we will send you design concepts based on our initial conversation. You can expect to receive initial proofs within 5 business days. Once you choose the design concept, we offer 3 rounds of editing at no charge and any additional rounds can be done for $25 each. Once the design has been finalized and approved by you, we will prepare for the printing process and ship your order once the balance has been paid in full. Depending on the scope of of the project, items will be shipped 3 to 6 weeks from final proof approval. For all wedding projects, we suggest that the process begin at least 4 months from the time you would like the products in your hands, allowing you enough time to stuff, address, stamp, and mail according to your time table. Wedding suites will be delivered to you within 3 months of final proof approval. Remember, each piece is letterpress printed one at a time.

I don't see my wedding colors in your in the Bungalow36 ink color set, can I choose my own

Of course. Any custom pantone color can be ordered for $55/color.

I  am on a budget. Can you work within my price range? 

We take great care in the amount of time and effort put into creating a beautiful final product for you. Because much of our work is hand illustrated and letterpress printed, custom orders tend to be a high end product. With that said, we are happy to discuss options that will help keep a project within your budget.

Can I order samples? 

Absolutely. We charge $5 to cover our shipping cost. There is a limited supply please call if you would like me to send one to you.
